The Service is provided by IMSafer, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 6700 Woodlands Parkway, Suite 230-222, The Woodlands, Texas 77382 ("IMSafer"), subject to the IMSafer Terms of Use, IMSafer End User License Agreement, and this Privacy Policy (this "Policy"). This Policy covers IMSafer's treatment of information collected when you are on the IMSafer Web Site and when you use the Service, and (ii) discloses IMSafer's information gathering and dissemination practices for the Site and the Service. What Information Is Collected Through The Service, From Whom Is It Collected, How Is It Collected, And Who Has Access To It.

When Users register to use the Service, IMSafer collects the following mandatory information: email addresses (which IMSafer may use from time to time to verify registration, to distribute news or information about IMSafer or the Service, or to communicate with Users regarding service issues, among other purposes). In addition, IMSafer may also collect the following optional information (i.e., the User is not required to provide this information to complete registration): (i) User First Name; (ii) User Middle Initial (optional); (iii) User Last Name; (iv) User Street Address; (v) User City; (vi) User State; (vii) User Country; (viii) User Zip Code; (ix) User Telephone Number; (x) User Date of Birth; (xi) User Identification Type, Number, Issuer, and Expiration Date (such as a driver's license); (xii) User Credit Card Type, Number, Expiration Date; (xiii) User's Username; and (xiv) User's Password.
1.2. Aggregate Information. Certain information that is not provided directly by anyone is collected by IMSafer regarding all Users (Members or non-members, collectively "Users") who browse the site. Aggregate Information includes, but is not limited to a User's, (i) Internet browser type (e.g., Internet Explorer 6.0), (ii) IP address, (iii) resolution settings, (iv) platform type, and (v) originating urls. IMSafer uses Aggregate Information to (a) help diagnose problems with IMSafer's server(s), (b) measure usage of the Site and the Service, (c) administer the Service and the Site, (d) inform IMSafer's sponsors as to the number of Users who fall into certain demographic categories, (e) provide IMSafer's sponsors with information regarding which Users saw and clicked on certain advertisements on the Site, or (f) perform statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior or Users to measure User demographics generally.

IMSafer may use Cookies to store a User's individual preferences and system parameters. IMSafer collects, uses and verifies the information we believe necessary to complete authorized transactions. We restrict access to User's Private Information to those employees who need to know the information in the course of providing the transactions Users request and authorize. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in an effort to secure your Private Information. We afford prospective and former customers the same protections as our existing customers in this regard.

IMSafer is not targeting the Site or the Service to children, and IMSafer does not collect contact information from children under the age of 13.
